DYNAMO BOXING

Dynamo Boxing provides education in all aspects of Boxing Training. This consists of all key areas including (1) Nutrition, (2) Hydration, (3) Cardio, (4) Strength, (5) Endurance, (6) and All the techniques, movement, flexibility, mobility and agility that goes hand in hand with the sport of boxing.

WHY LEARN TO BOX?
Boxing is a fantastic sport under the correct levels of supervision and control. It is great for fitness and gaining life-skills in key areas.
SESSIONS FOR ALLL
We have dedicated junior and senior sessions. Both female and male are welcomed.

COME TO A FIGHT NIGHT!
Our students have the opportunity to contend at organised boxing events. They are fantastic and exciting to see all the hard work go in to action.
